Frequently asked questions
Does the customer need to install an app?
No. The card goes straight into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on the phone. There is nothing to download, no account to create and no password to remember.
Does it work on both iOS and Android?
Yes. On an iPhone the card goes into Apple Wallet, and on Android into Google Wallet. The customer scans the same QR code, and the phone picks the right wallet.
How much does it cost?
The Lite plan costs 10 EUR a month and Lite Plus 18 EUR a month, both plus VAT where applicable.
See all plansCan I put several offers on one card, or add birthday rewards?
On Lite a card shows one offer and there are no birthday rewards. For a second offer, Lite Plus adds a second card with its own QR code at the counter. Birthday rewards, notifications with images and a listing in the Stampino app come only with the full plans.
Do stamps expire?
Not on the Lite plan: they stay on the card until the reward. If you want a limit after which the card resets, you get that with Lite Plus. The customer is notified automatically 7 days before and again the day before.
Can I move to a full plan later?
Yes, at any time. Write to us and we will move your account onto the right full plan.
What does Lite Plus add over Lite?
Three things: a second offer, the expiry period and the digital QR menu. The second offer arrives as a second card with its own QR code, not as a second offer on the existing card, so the customer adds them one at a time. The expiry period is yours to set, and the date shows on the customer's card. The QR menu comes included, with its own web page. Lite Plus costs 18 EUR a month, plus VAT where applicable.
